19 Jan Update: Unfortunately some VPS are missing. The VPS hosting our billing system is missing

17 Jan Update: The disk drives are not encrypted but the file system is damaged.

We have access to the files inside virtual machines, they are grouped by partitions but it is not clear which partition to which client belongs to.

Please send an email with names of folders, databases, file names that were inside your VPS, we will copy the files/folders or the whole partition and send them to you.

14 Jan UPDATE: We extracted many files but still no .vhdx files because the software does not suport .vhdx extension

Contacted the developer to add support for .vhdx files and waiting for reply



Our network was hacked and servers including backups in USA encrypted with Bitlocker.
Except backups in Rapidswitch, UK we had backup server in Dacentec USA but it is also hacked probably via a Domain controller.
Atackers want a a ransom of 100 000usd later lowered to 50 000 usd in crypto but in recent years Aspnet Hosting Ltd was not profitable
and cant pay for decrypton of the servers.
We are deeply sorry for losing clients data!
Aspnet Hosting Ltd will be closed.
We will continue to try unencrypt the disks and will contact clients if any data is decrypted.
